We accept in-person exchanges within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The plant must be in its original condition. Please note that clearance items, online purchases, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange. *For online orders who have purchased shipment insurance - if your plant has arrived damaged or in poor condition, a photo must be sent via email on the same day your shipment arrived to verify replacement approval. Please be sure your plant is not sitting in your mailbox for extended periods of extreme heat or cold.
