Acadiana Botanicals, LLC is a family-owned business located in the heart of Acadiana. Our mission is to promote the use of native Louisiana plants and herbs for their restorative properties. With a focus on sustainability and holistic living, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality botanical products and valuable information on their usage.
Acadiana Botanicals, LLC grows all plants locally in New Iberia Louisiana. Our growing location is not currently open to the public and we do not offer items available wholesale.
Plant sales are conducted in-person only, during vendor type markets and events. Please like and subscribe to our social media channels to keep up with market information, dates, locations and times.
We do not ship live plants. Any online sales, with the exception of our own digital downloads (plant art, photography, etc.), are done through affiliate partnerships and promotions. This website and all of our associated social media pages do contain affiliate links to programs, items and promotions in which we do receive products or commissions when you purchase directly through our affiliate links. Our ONLY affiliate associations and partnerships are with companies, products, services and programs that we use ourselves on a regular basis.
Alicia Billman Kraemer is a lifelong herbalist, plant enthusiast, and Sylvotherapy practitioner dedicated to reconnecting people with nature’s healing power. With decades of experience studying medicinal and spiritual properties of plants—particularly those native to Louisiana and the United States—she grows her own herbs and crafts handmade incense, tinctures, and healing balms. In 2023, she co-founded Acadiana Botanicals, LLC with her husband Michael, to educate others about the environmental benefits of native plants and the restorative impact of nature on personal well-being. Through workshops and guided forest therapy experiences, Alicia empowers individuals to cultivate a deeper connection with the natural world for greater peace, health, and happiness.

Michael Kraemer is a dedicated middle school science teacher and a native of South Louisiana. With a deep passion for science, he has committed his career to inspiring young minds and fostering curiosity about the natural world. He is also the co-founder of Acadiana Botanicals, LLC a venture he started with his wife, Alicia.
As strong advocate for environmental preservation, Michael finds deep spiritual connection in nature and strives to instill a love for the planet in those around him.
